JRP V-180/200 Single shaft ripping saw

The JRP V rip saw is designed for longitudinal cutting of prisms. The machine is designed for deployment in the most demanding operations.

The machine is equipped with a saw shaft on which a saw sleeve with a saw hinge is mounted. On the saw housing, the saw hinge is mounted from the saw blades and intermediate saw inserts. The shaft drive is derived from the electric motor by a splined belt drive.
At the machine inlet there is a chain track with top pressure. When the prism passes through the upper pressure rollers, they press the prism against the chain track and insert it into the machine.
In the machine, the prism travels on the lower rollers, to which it is pressed by the upper pressure rollers. Behind the saws, the sawn timber is separated by separating plates into center sawn timber (between the separating plates) and side sawn timber (outside the separating plates)
A pair of side extraction rollers is installed at the machine outlet. Their clamping is controlled by raising and lowering the upper pressure rollers. The hydraulic unit is built directly into the machine. The robust frame of the machine is welded from quality steel plates and profiles.

The machine is equipped with two rows of upper catchers at the inlet for the return of the cut material. The moving parts of the machine are equipped with safety guards, opening the guards and interceptors blocks the machine from starting. The opening cover for access to the saw blades is secured in the closed position by screws and a safety limit switch which allows the cover to be opened only after the saw spindle has stopped rotating. When the covers are open, the control voltage of the machine and the conveyors of the lumber infeed and outfeed cannot be activated. Large holes in the bottom of the stand allow for trouble-free removal of waste.

A clear control panel and electrical switchboard are included.
The machine is approved by the State Testing Institute and fully complies with the applicable EU regulations.
